- Reduce tube sq. using a tube cutter or fine tooth observed
- Deburr tube ID making use of a deburring tool
- Deburr tube OD using 50 percent round file
- Verify fittings bead to guarantee seal is present. Do not use any kind of oil lubrication
- Mark tube to appropriate fitting insertion depth( see insertion depth chart underneath)
